Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina started with a single branch in Pangasinan, but our love for combining Mexican spices with Filipino flavors quickly resonated with our customers. Named after cilantro, the herb that defines many of our dishes, Silantro’s growth from one humble branch to seven thriving locations reflects our passion for serving authentic, fusion-inspired meals.
